1. Platform & Technology
- All websites will be developed using WordPress CMS.
- A premium WordPress theme will be used.
- Customization will be limited to theme-supported features.
2. Website Pages & Scope
- Pages included as per selected plan:
- Basic Plan: Up to 5 pages
- Classic Plan: Up to 10 pages
- Premium Plan: 15–20 pages
- Any additional pages or features will be charged extra.
3. Project Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery time: 10–15 working days
- Timeline starts after 50% advance payment and complete content receipt.
- Delays in content or approvals may affect delivery timelines.
4. Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment required to start the project.
- 50% balance payment payable after work completion and before final delivery.
- Website will be made live only after full payment is received.
5. Enquiry Forms & Email Delivery
- Enquiry emails will be delivered to the client’s provided email ID.
- WhatsApp & Live Chat integration will use client-provided details.
- Email delivery depends on third-party email services and spam filters.
6. Professional Business Emails
- Business emails will be set up on Zoho Mail (Free Plan).
- Accessible via:
- Zoho mobile app
- Web browser
- Paid email plans are not included.
7. SEO & On-Page Optimization
Complete On-Page SEO Setup includes:
- SEO-friendly content structure
- Proper H1–H3 heading hierarchy
- Image renaming as per keywords
- Image ALT tags
- Meta title & meta description optimization
- SEO-friendly URLs
- Website submission to Google Search Console
- Google Analytics integration (as per plan)
SEO rankings are subject to competition and market factors. Results are not guaranteed.
8. Image & Speed Optimization
- Images optimized and converted to WEBP format.
- Basic performance optimization for faster loading.
- Core Web Vitals–friendly structure implemented at theme and image level.
9. Security, Backup & Performance (Core Web Vitals)
- Daily automated backups enabled on the hosting server.
- Website secured using highly trusted WordPress security plugins.
- Basic performance optimization to support Core Web Vitals.
- Server-level and plugin-based security measures applied.
Advanced performance tuning or third-party paid tools are not included unless requested.
10. Social Media Integration
- Social media icons and links will be integrated.
- Links must be provided by the client.
- Social media management is not included.
11. Admin Panel Access
- Client will receive access to:
- WordPress Admin Panel
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Basic guidance for managing content will be provided.
12. Major Updates & Post-Launch Policy
- Major updates are included only for 15 days after project go-live.
- After 15 days, any major changes, redesigns, or new features will be charged extra.
- Minor bug fixes related to the delivered website are included.
13. Hosting, Domain & Renewal
- Free domain & hosting valid for 1 year only.
- Annual Renewal Charges: ₹3,500
(Domain, Hosting & Email where applicable) - Non-renewal may lead to service suspension.
14. Support & SLA
- Support response time:
- Basic Plan: 48 Hours
- Classic Plan: 24 Hours
- Premium Plan: 12 Hours
- Support covers technical issues only, not new development.
15. Rights
- We reserve the right to showcase the website in our portfolio.
